I have another case open with a staff member at YouTube.
I tried to page you on about 4 different WI live-stream chats to let you know TMC is temporarily suspended. I literally wrote “paging Mr. Phil Whitehead, is there a Mr. Phil Whitehead present” lol. Figured you would wander off here eventually
If you want some help with your challenges/appeals please let me know. The trick is using their own wording against them.

A YouTube BOT took the video down and when appealing it a YouTube BOT rejected the appeal. It’s a lose lose situation. However I was able to create a case with a human at YouTube and let’s see, the case is still open they told me after I got the rejection email

I’ve been too busy reading all the juicy SCOTUS filings to watch YT today. I love it when lawyers get snarky with other lawyers in print, esp when they straight SHUT DOWN the opposition with statistical data, state and federal statues, and past court precedents rulings. TX basically drove tracto trailers through the wide gapping wholes all four states left wide open on their responses...and they did so magnificently in less than 24 hours!

That will change quickly, just look at how much the platforms for both rumble and parler grew in a few short days a few weeks ago. ALL the alt media sources I’ve been following have been broadcasting their alternative platforms the past few days just in case they get suspended or terminated. It won’t be long before A. Trump is the official winner of the 2020 election and makes sure these big tech companies are no longer protected under 230 or B (God forbid) Biden is declared to be the official winner of the 2020 election and thaws big tech giants strangle the life out of conservatives. IF that happens (again, God forbid), ALL conservatives will dump big tech like a cheating significant other with herpes lol. Did you see Mark Dice’s video on the subject today?
