I’ve been looking for someone who will be going or knows someone who will be going all day. Want to get a petition there to be circulated. Petition from voters of various states showing support for the TX case and pleading with the court to hear the case. Haven’t been successful tho 😞

He used to be on mainstream media. Did a skit where he interviewed random ppl on a Cali boardwalk. MSM cut him when they did their lean to the left thing but he kept doing his skit on YT. How about they tried to sue him because they got someone else to take over his skit and claimed he was copying them...didn’t work out to well for them. Do believe court ruled they had to seis and desist since the skit was dices intelligential property 😂🤣😂

Apparently there was some small mistake, they fixed it and refilled. Court also rejected the 106 member ms of Congress my filing to show support for the tx cases. Looking now to see if they amended whatever was wrong in their filing and refilled it. I don’t know how to interpret that. It could be a sign that the court isn’t favoring TX or it could be the court trying to help TX by making sure all the I’d are dotted and t’s are crossed because they intend to hear the case, make a judgement and don’t want any loose ends that could be used when the dems appeal their decision. Could be a good sign or a bad one. None of the democrat responses or reply’s have been rejected. Again, court could be favoring them or could be letting their loose ends choke them. Guess time will tell

After reading it I must agree. It’s solid. It concentrates on the constitutional arguments and provides some great cases and defendant state laws to back up their argument. After reading the original case and the TX reply to the defendant states responses from yesterday (and most of the defensyate replies), the TX side is definitely offering way more solid legal arguments than the defendant states. One is seriously making the argument that SCOTUS shouldn’t do anything because no one else has done anything so far. That’s the basic gist of it anyway.

When Trump publicly labeled Biden as a “threat to national security” (last week or the week before), that was not a light handed statement Trump just made out of the side of his mouth. That was a very specifically worded statement that was a loaded cannon on many ways. Biden has definitely been compromised by China (and other nations but China is the big one). That is somewhat true. 19 state AGs have not filed to support the case, only a handful have. However, MANY state reps (106 from various states) have filed in support. 22 states AND us territories (note the territories do not participate in US elections...) have filed in opposition of the case. In addition to the states and state reps supporting the case, many non profit organizations either representing voters or Christians, etc have also filed in support of the case. The list grows (both ways) several times a day. Going to pop back over there now to see if the 106 state reps refilled their support as my last check showed their original filing was rejected by the court

Correction: 22 states including territories...not 22 plus territories. I can’t see the territories support against the case holding much weight in the courts eyes. Also, NC is one of the states not supporting it and there is already a grassroots movement there for the actual citizens to file in support of the case as they do not agree with their state AGs decision to support the defendant states. They will likely find (or be given lol) an attorney to draft a document of their support for the case....that could also quickly become a trend that spreads to the citizens of other states whose AG have filed against the case which would likely make those states null and void in the spurts eyes too. This is like the best legal drama ever lol
