is that from SCOTUS????????

2020-12-11 22:13:30 UTC

That is EXACTLY the point

2020-12-11 22:14:05 UTC

Nope nothing on MSM at all, same with these court hearings

2020-12-11 22:15:15 UTC

I wish. It’s from an amicus curiae of Citizen’s United (a non profit social welfare organization) and The Presidential Coalition, LLC. (Basically the brief of these two organizations filing to support the Tx case and add additional research and insight.

2020-12-11 22:15:18 UTC

I have many friends in UK (all corners) so get much of what goes down the wires

2020-12-11 22:15:21 UTC

Wow! That's great, when was this stated?

2020-12-11 22:16:18 UTC

you're doing a lot of reading lol

2020-12-11 22:16:20 UTC

Damn I thought that was from scotus

2020-12-11 22:16:49 UTC

That’s the link to the brief. It was filed today...last few hours actually. Haven’t finished reading it but had to share that. Sums it all up quite nicely I think! (The part o shared were from pages 2 and 3)

2020-12-11 22:17:10 UTC

Few hours ago*

2020-12-11 22:17:44 UTC

It nails it, lets hope the court uses those words

2020-12-11 22:19:06 UTC

Have been for weeks now. Have read every lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign in every state and most of the replies and Cory rulings for those. Also a few of the best lawsuits from other sources (especially all filed by Sidney Powell) and accompanying responses and court rulings. I sort of got pregnant in law school. Will not say I missed my calling because I was born to be a mother BUT will say this shit is like cat nip for me hehehe

2020-12-11 22:19:22 UTC

Court*

2020-12-11 22:19:22 UTC

you got some pretty astute lawyers writing this stuff

2020-12-11 22:20:07 UTC

Agree 110%!

2020-12-11 22:20:18 UTC

Praise be to God!

2020-12-11 22:22:52 UTC

I get crazy just trying to read them, but I learnt a different English and don't get to speak English that often now

2020-12-11 22:44:25 UTC

🙏🙏🙏🙄

2020-12-11 22:58:34 UTC

For all of our friends across all of the ponds.😁 (this is from the same brief I shared earlier, the citizens united/presidential coalition groups) “From the Nation’s founding, the U.S. Constitution created only one office to be filled with a person who represents all the people of the nation — the President of the United States. In that one person, the Constitution vests all Executive power, including the power to administer programs, to prosecute crimes, to serve as commander-in-chief, and to exercise vast discretionary power to lead the nation in times of peace and in times of war. See Article II, §§ 2-3. The significance of that office extends beyond the nation’s borders, as whoever occupies that office is often described as the Leader of the Free World.” Page 4 Section A

2020-12-11 23:01:16 UTC

"Free world" There's a saying that will be confined to the history books soon if not already

2020-12-11 23:02:44 UTC

And that POWER can be allowed to be in the hands of Sleepy Joe Biden - Read CCP read Radical Left Read Free World NO MORE I'd rather see martians landing ....!!!!

2020-12-11 23:06:20 UTC

Why do I somehow have the feeling Trump actually allowed this to happen (apparently NSA were tracking election 'real time') when he could have stopped it, but needed to 'let the people see' I HOPE HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING

Federalist Paper No. 68 reveals the deep concerns based on corruption and foreign intrigue that were weighed by the Framers in fashioning the Electors Clause. “Nothing was more to be desired than that every practicable obstacle should be opposed to cabal, intrigue, and corruption. These most deadly adversaries of republican government might naturally have been expected to make their approaches from more than one quarter, but chiefly from the desire in foreign powers to gain an improper ascendant in our councils. How could they better gratify this, than by raising a creature of their own to the chief magistracy of the Union? But the convention have guarded against all danger of this sort, with the most provident and judicious attention.” [G. Carey & J. McClellan, The Federalist No. 68 (Alexander Hamilton) (Liberty Fund: 2001) (emphasis added).]. Same brief...this one may be my favor so far. It’s short and sweet (short 19 pages but in comparison to the others short) I am loving these two organizations and much as I’m loving Texas right now lol.

I agree. I think he did, I THINK this will be made right and will result in the end of many ill willed players here and also some considerable damage to foreign adversaries attempted coup through this election BUT only time will tell. Based on trumps 2018 EOs and the very noticeable cockiness of trump since the election I 100% believe he know what was going to happen and set a trap. I 100% agree with you on the point that I hope he knew what he was doing...

2020-12-11 23:43:25 UTC

The federalist papers were in essence the cliff notes of the constitution. Written by our founding fathers to offer insight and their vision in deciding to frame our constitution as they did...just in case anyone didn’t know about that.

2020-12-11 23:43:42 UTC

Trump's not afraid.
I'm sure he would be prepared. People in real estate are always ready for anything

2020-12-11 23:46:26 UTC

“... a creature of their own to the chief magistracy of the Union” HAMILTON CALLED BIDEN A CREATURE YALL! LMAO right now! 😂🤣😂

2020-12-11 23:50:28 UTC

People who attack Trump head on lose, those who sneak up from behind, like Barr, Sessions, Lindsey Graham and McConnell are the ones who know his Achilles Heal

2020-12-11 23:54:43 UTC

January 5th election so crucial for Georgia we have at least 1 of those seats. If we lose both the dems will have Supreme power. So scary

2020-12-11 23:55:06 UTC

We have to win one of the two I meant

2020-12-11 23:58:33 UTC

I think the lady is a shoe in-- in her debate, the opponent was far from being a Southern Gentleman, to dumb to grasp the culture he lives in. -- apparently thinks all the voters live in the ghettos

2020-12-12 00:06:01 UTC

We really need both seats if Harris becomes VP. She would have tie breaker vote power in the senate. Plus we have more than one RINOS that can’t always be trusted to vote on the right side of the isle...we realllllly need both of those seats!

2020-12-12 00:08:25 UTC

With a few extra Senate seats the RINOs would lose their bite

2020-12-12 00:08:39 UTC

Have you seen any of his “sermons”? I can honestly compare his “sermons” to MI rep Cynthia A. Johnston and her second FB video threatening trump supporters in which she calls on the soldiers of “Christ” to rise up. May God have mercy on their souls for I have to assume they know not what they do when they do their evil deeds in our beloved saviors name...

2020-12-12 00:10:48 UTC

Afraid that ship has sailed...we need those two seats just to hold a true, functional majority and that’s if we are only assuming one, no more than two rinos would go against us. IF Biden and harris get in even with those two seats we could be outvoted thanks to rinos 😞

2020-12-12 00:13:36 UTC

We need 5 or 6 surplus. Wish some moderate Dems would switch parties and avoid what became of many of their ilk last month

2020-12-12 00:16:27 UTC

Trump will achieve so much in the next two years that Congress will finish flipping in 2022

2020-12-12 00:17:43 UTC

😂😂😂

2020-12-12 00:31:49 UTC

I wonder if God has decided it's time we had a civil war -- that's one way to decrease the number of brain dead voters. Hope not. The war of 1860 was not a civil war, it was a war between two separate countries
