well,i do not really get "foot pain" if you do not mean tons of blisters

i get a lot more of joint pain

especially when running downhill from mountain

it can last for days or weeks,just take aspirine,drink coffe,sleep well

but i have some serious blistering issues,i have them for 3months non stop now,someone recommended some sort of anti-blister socks

tbh sounded like snake oil so i did not order them yet

if you mean thunder f00t pain,just watch some sceptic channel instead ;^)
