if you restore a phone to the factory settings would it restore the os to the original version of it

if you want original os you either restore from backup or flash the stock rom that you can download from the internet

you can't rollback to older miui version anymore

it was an issue a few months back

pretty sure it still is

you can however rollback to an older version of miui 10 though

just not to miui 9 and below

set dev-menu option to allow only 3 background apps

and see if it helps

or just ban all apps from running in background
