its just gpu clock or o.c
not sure these days
amd didnt care marketing shilling that badly at some point
so dunno
it might be the reason they are so hot that they are always boosting :D
i literally can't find anything other than the image i just deleted
and that one doesn't make any sense
i mean i used custom fancurve on my 290X and usualy hanged around 70 on full blast
overclocking on nvidia is a meme these days anyways
you just slide everything to max
can't break your gpu anyways
9/10 times it'll work too because the driver limits everything anyways
wouldn't want the goys to get any extra performance <:alismirk:230784726615588865>
idk i can't find any relevant graph for AMD, but with nvidia the cooler your GPU the higher it will turbo
unless you manually overclock it
Not sure whether I should get a better fan or a waterblocks for the gpu
waterblocks on gpu's are based
what vega you have
aka what fan setup does it have
I've been using an AMD R9 390 for years now. I'm still playing most games on ultra at 1080p. Haven't felt the need to upgrade at all
Only issue is that I would either need to gat one integrated watercooler or make a custom loop, as I only have aircooling in my case
my GPU idles at ambient water temp
@Tervy Asus Vega 64
soo reference blower ?
strix?
waait no strix has 3 fan setup
yeah strix
ahh yes so your only option pretty much is watercooling
Yeah
as that cooler is good as it gets on vegas
be mindful that you might have a custom PCB though
that's something to keep in mind when you want to watercool
When I sell my house and move, I'll probably spring for a new GPU so I can do VR. I am very interested in that particular meme
i'm buying the valve index on launch as long as it's wireless or confirmed wireless addon
thatl be 150 just from waterblock i bet
Yeah, I've been looking up watercooling solutions for it
ali gets you probly to something like 80-100 usd
if you are lucky + postage
