Now imagine you fed the electric guitar really low electricity then pumped the volume up 2000%
That's what a somake usb does
It's just making a quiet signal louder through gain boosting
So that equals shit quality
It's okay, but I need to use my mic for more than gaming
Rich full sound is important to me
If you need a mic for gaming get the $1 lav mic on Gearbest
It sounds good and doesn't need phantom power
I already have one but its quality is quite shitty in some situations so i thought that it could be a good idea to get one of those chink mics, but i dont need it for a professional use
I can get something to flame my friends for less than half the price
The bm-800 is good, I think you just have to think of it as an instrument, people are spoiled by usb gamer mics these days like the yeti
Condenser mics are pretty old tech
Phantom power is cheap tho
Not a big deal imo
And somake is still okay
Hold on
You can hear the somake here
I need to subscribe to your channel
You are like the linus tech tips of the chink stuff
I didn't know that
Nah Dirty Reviews is imo
He's great
I'm doing a final bm-800 video soon to clarify all this
So at the end did you get a chink phantom power
Or you make a deal with some western pig?
I still use my chink power supply
It hooks into my pyle pro mixer
Ultimately I'll upgrade to a focusrite
The advantage is that they have dedicated drivers which improve the sound quality of your PC sound output
Plus have 48v phantom power built in
I hate having multiple devices for one goal
If I can downsize to one box I will
Sounds nice
Yeah they're cheap enough too if you go on eBay
If you're on a tight budget you can always use somake then move up later
It doesn't really matter
It's dirt cheap
Well my headset its quite old and i am waiting for it to die in order to buy a new one
And i think that i can get a better quality/price raltion if i have a separated mic and a headset
