i bought her this chink GPS tracking collar - fucking best buy i have ever made
after 3 months of being turned on, decided to try to connect to it. still 20% battery left
and it was like 30$ or so

else you will need another source for it to communicate with you

If you don't have a sim card with service it won't be able to tell you where it is
I can find the GPS signal but you won't be able to get the information remotely
you can probably use package/schemes of phone providers
like free sms n shit
simcards costs like $1 with enough free services anyway
i mean resell bussiness is a hassle
i get enough stress from my day to day work.
if you can find enough customers then i say go for it
