get browserhax
then install menuhax
and then ill pm you a guide to downgrading ur console with menuhax
thanks
the installer for menuhax comes with browserhax btw
I'm assuming the lock that Nintendo put on 10.1 < has been bypassed
browserhax works with everything
you just need to drag the files and scan this QR code https://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax.php
if ur on >=v10.2 you need to change the date and time settings tho
Change date and time to 1/1/2000 00:00 and use the "Reset Save Data" option in browser settings. Do not press Home.
thanks

after ur done with menuhax follow this guide to downgrade to 9.2 https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-downgrade-3ds-with-sysupdater.407924/
also, bookmark the first link i sent you on your browser, ur going to use it a lot
ah to boot browserhax?
how to boot browserhax?
No the link you sent me
yeah
bookmark it
did you get the homebrew starterkit and put it in the sd card?
my chink adapters havent arrived so im using my laptop to do that right now
also, before you do anything, if you want to play only emulators/homebrew games you dont need a downgrade
you should only downgrade if you want to play virtual console/3ds games
I might as well go through with it
what i mean is
if you install menuhax
you dont need anything else if ur going to play only those games
because a downgrade can take up to 8 hours to do
ah im fine with that
just remember to never open the eshop again after you downgrade (only open the eshop the one time the guide asks for it)
because nintendo will just update it without you knowing and brick ur console
if you want to use eshop use this one
@Gabriel I am to extract the "homebrew starter" zip right?
yes
cool
while you download downgrades etc (some are heavy) you can put some gba roms in ur sd too
the browserhax homebrew comes with a gba emulator
i found a castlevania file so ill test that out
what does "initialize savadata" mean
