Making an installtion media of updated windows 10, 8.1, 7 is quite hard unless you homebrew it with updates.

Why haven't they made it easy to make a media with it? Because they want people to migrate to newer OS?

I think the last MSDN release for windows 8.1 with updates was back two years (ISO)
