Cause supposedly, his city is filled with old buildings
And they don't wanna tear those down/renovate those
every city in switzerland is filled with old buildings they don't want to tear down
And the center is super fucking packed
So the best solution is to bring in portable/small options
still hipster as fuck
welp, just for reference, I'll start working in a month, recently graduated my EE apprenticeship, now going on to study EE in uni. Working 60% alongside 50% uni as an EE - 2700€ a month, double salary in december
and that's as a measly fucking student
my friend who graduated ETH last year got 7k€/month starting
is it worth spending 150ish bucks doing work to my old studio 1747
or should i save and buy a memepad
murrica or yurop?
if murrica, an entire T420/x220 would be cheaper than your repair on your laptop
bc my old studios p legit just needs a kb and battery
and its got specs that still r decentish today
Most people just do 100% and aim to graduate in 3 years
It's honestly the more focused approach
I think the interest rate is 0.6%, so people don't necessarily need to rush a job to maintain their rent
But most just don't wanna spend too much
Like beer and hookers
Yeah
well, @Aerione , it's a special concept that's applicable because we have apprenticeships. I'm working as an EE, as I already graduated the apprenticeship, so I learn practical knowledge, and I get free credits because of that
I'll be done in 4 years instead of 3
which I don't think is bad at all since I have 4 years / 2.4 or something years 'full time' work experience by then
Well, I guess that's applicable for the more practical specializations
you can only even do that if you completed an apprenticeship before
I already have an EE certificate - I won't be doing intern jobs or anything, I got hired as a full fledged electrical engineer
Yeah
I'll just get to a higher level of knowledge through uni
Still
I meant to type that as a counter-reference to your situation
Most people can't do that
Cause yano
does this look good?
It's either work or studies
should I add more contrast
needs some noise
well, why would you even study something that's not practical? For example, why the fuck would you study philosophy. I mean, sure, if you're a spoilt fuck that never wants to work and has enough money to live his live without working, it could be nice - or if you can do two majors in tandem - as one of my friends did because lel he can
but why the fuck
