Why do so many stores start have free shipping for one item, which then goes up in price as you increase the number? I understand if they have discounts for multiple pieces, but for items where there are no discounts, why wouldn't you just make loads of orders of just one item to avoid paying shipping?
they get charged per weight of parcel rather than number of parcels
so theyd rather have 10 seperate 50g parcels
than one 500g parcel
