the domino's and pizza hut pizza comes from machines or some distributed factory system so it's in the same realm of last-mile manufacturing

pizza hut covers it up using a layer of fat and doing some sort of de facto frying in their ovens. but my beef is when a mom and pop place can't even make a decent slice

Where I live we have our own style of pizza but it's not so so ubiquitous that you can't get other styles

i'd imagine that it's a nice score to grab their day old bread
