Mint is really good at what it does
sometimes I install it on laptops for my parents and they don't realise it isn't windows
lolwat
as long as they can click Chrome it doesn't matter what's in the background
gg
my mother just autoboots into chrome straight away kek
LOL
my parents really try to be tech aware
autoboot into botnet, nice
And I just end up getting blamed for everything that goes wrong
Even though i don't touch their stuff
I have my own pc
lmao
gave her an old netbook, toshiba NB200
just give them the gentoo live dvd
it wouldn't run windows anymore

RIP netbooks
The bigger and cool looking your laptop is, the bigger your dick.
netbooks are actually quite fine for uni n shit
they got too slow too fast
I got mine as windows 7 came out
moved up to that
chug as fook
had to install lightweight linux distros after that
I got mine with Windows 8, then Windows 10 upgrade happened. It *worked* with 10 but not good at all. So I slapped Arch on it and shit runs well now
tfw windows 8 didn't supportmy screen resolution
too low
Only need browser (Chromium), Netbeans for Java shit and some text and pdf editor/viewer
