all 3 have rumble, but the games won't be using it
hid devices don't use much power but you have to make sure they don't draw power
use an ammeter

my chink buffalo snes controller don't use much power at all
ps2 controllers can draw a lot in a burst
the plan is to use the microusb to 3 USB 2.0 ports and plug in 3 xbox 360 controllers
