bytemask, don't use acetone or solvent based cements because lmaoplastic. If you can get them apart into bits, your best option would be to epoxy both sides, inside and outside, then sand to fit once cured

if you epoxy only one side and sand it to death, you may leave yourself too little epoxy to work with. Don't forget to clamp her down with ties/clamp
