(our sector back then ended up overspending everytime intentionaly calculated 5%) so we quaranteed at least some money to projects .. tho given we also got shit load of honorary mentions and studies interested about our job there as we made so much progress compared to other units :D )
but thats story for other time
norway ehh
big moneys as long as you get your leg between right doors
I simply want to avoid UK and USA, which leaves me with norway, germany as the only options I see
Lmao don't go to gercuckry
I mean better than uk
But still don't
Then only one option left, unless I'm missing something
what are requirements
Not degenerate country, English, German, Polish or Russian accepted, general IT/cybersecurity, electronics engineering, electrician are what I have or will have some experience with
denmark ?
but yeah not much on those field denmark, belgium, germany, russia, netherlands, austria, switzerland as general area even czechs
id say swede and finland but language things can be problem on most workplaces
sadly there is not many places what fullfill "not degenerate"
there is just milder ones .. then there is stuff like US,UK,AUS,France(and germany to extent)
where its just pants on head retarded
and many other countries are testing their limits steadily
when it comes to freedom, population control(media not birth wise) and jumping when others tell them to
less and less countries aim for non-intervention and neutralism when it comes to political pressure etc bullshit
considering IT-EE-E set and language skills you would most likely be hired quite fast there
That's been one part that I've always been curious about, but never researched it since it'll be some time before it's before me
How does finding a job abroad work? Why would they take someone from somewhere half a world away instead of someone locally? I'm sure there are plenty qualified people in those countries
language skillset is your strong part in other countries
also it just depends how good you are
more "international people" its easier to send someone to overseas for negotiations or otherstuff
as they know the local mannerism etc
(at least they think they do :D)
I see, I see
and ofc some places got funds for immigration support and such
also companies usualy consider immigrant workers as long-term investment
they have less incentive to leave and usualy more drive for work
(cause everyone knows workmarket is quite time consuming and can be stressfull if you have timer "i will get kicked out of country unless i find next work" )
so countries what require 2~ish years living(and working) to get citizenship ? yeah
you are easy to get good worker what has lesser chance to jump the boat to other companies
nor other companies headhunters know about you most likely so they are safe from that too for some time
then there is all other kind of stuff like your language set can be used to convey message to other workers etc more smoothly
ofc local small shops have no idea to hire outside of their own local community that often
but larger corporates but the price on your skills and situation way differently
Thank you for the information dump, mate
