dun dun duun
lmao
this will cause an increase in deaths and industrial accidents
education shouldn't be a handout
work for it or fuck off
(trade school brainlet speaking)
>knowledge
>charging for it
πΊπΈ
>putting people into debt for college
>"omg why is an entire generation of people unskilled and uneducated?!"

the American model is retarded, I think we all agree on that
but education should be something you need to work to get, not just "lmao I got a pussy in the genetic lottery, give me degrees"
we still need millions of actual workers, people who build houses or shit
I am an engineer and most of the women I worked with in uni are pretty average.
you need a handful of engineers but a few buses worth of workers
and not everyone is smart enough to get a degree
@Cole random wisdom from my brain : Snails breathe through their foot.
TIL
Thinking about buying a crossbow.
Should I spent $150NZD (+150 shipping) on one and then upgrade later, or should I spend 800NZD (+150 shipping) and get one that will last?
buy a basic one to find out if it's a hobby you're willing to invest in
Am already part of an archery club an own several bows.
or buy the expensive one and then chuck it on eBay if you don't like it lmao
I am buying it off ebay lol.
also relating to the twitter engineering feed
cause the problem sure as hell is the fucking test exams
can you hunt a rabbit @Aqualiteking
@Aqualiteking you must be lying, /g/ said women in stem are all lazy cunts who leech off of their male colleagues...and then won't even have sex with them!!!
its more that the ladies rather go to better fields than engineering
<:pepelaugh:615974280706129941>
better fields like... gender studies
<:pepelaugh:615974280706129941>
with lowering the exam bar they just generate students who apply to anywhere even if they dont have passion for it
I would always like to have one girl in our group projects so we could task her with writing the report. π
and drop out midway
"writing" the "report"
@Tervy very true. My mechnical engineering cohort started with 30% females (30+), and in the final year there were only 5 girls left.
Most transfered into Civil
tho given about 50% of you dropped in first 2 years anyway ?
:D
