i wonder if the game was tag instead of hide and seek with some sort of stamina what varies per peon per run
hiding that initial stamina somehow from the AI
start building walls to limit the play area maybe
ofc breaking LoS etc would force the hide and seek to start until the catcher sees the prey
ofc artificial cover and corner peeking etc would need to be given somewhat
would make neat AI to train against police evaders etc
