shutup10 does nearly nothing when you can just set telem to 0
ootb it's fine for 90% of users and their telemetry is minimal when basic is ticked
@Droidbot default installation allows only windows store apps to be installed
and requires manualy going to change that
there is no opt-out of telemetry in installer so you need to use "basic" until you can switch it away from menus on the os
