it's literally jut longer exposure
that's why it only appears in pictures
same as pixels idea probably, it's multi frame HDR with longer exposures
which hence eliminates the problem of Parkinson's hands that people have when taking photos
they have a whole whitepaper on how they did it
it also helps that they have a custom built ALU box inside the phone that processes all this image data really fucking quick

the bad part is where not only do you charge your phone over 85+ you *fucking keep it there for hours at a time*
imagine using a nexus 5 from 2013 til 2018
