https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QQB6DC1/ref=psdc_13896615011_t2_B07BXG7725 redpill me, a fucking retard, how is that one better than this
other than the HIDEOUS aesthetic
gaming looks and that display sucks for battery
couldnt you downclock the display?
probly but would it matter at all ?
no idea fam
also you did specify the looks as requirement
well that would be my personal requirement, idk if he cares about that aspect
Maybe your friend should buy smarter friends <:alismirk:230784726615588865>
if we throw look requirement out of window then yeah market opens up tons
Im all up for suggestions Dear
are ayymd mobile cpus decent now?
doubtfully any worse than intel but i dont have enough testing for that so i could say it as fact
but yeah best for both worlds is just getting the both worlds separated
some small desktop setup
+ some 300 eurodollar laptop like HP255 G6s are
what are light weight and powerfull enough for your note taking
(unless your are mechanical engineer or biochem then you are fucked eitherway :"D)
no hes a political science student
so the most performance he needs is loading up word
maybe even used work laptops
he wont need that much
screen is more important in that case
dude hes been using my old Lenovo x220 I sold to him for like 50 euros :DDD
he bought a new battery but it still doesnt hold more than a few hours
:-D
the laptop was in good condition and it was more than 2 years ago, so it was a good price imo
lets see "6cell cheapo shit with good panel and Glare display
HP Envy X360 would be 400-500 tier if not lower used
touchscreen and all that jazz
iirc those have 10+h use time
like dis
and then he can upgrade his home pc as he likes during years
it honestly just about preference
best power:dollar currently comes from those mass produced gaming pcs
they look like shit and dont last at all on battery
on other corner is expensive laptops what are powerfull but cost that 1700+ easily and look saner
then the last corner of the balance triangle would be cheaper but long lasting laptops what dont have that performance but do have sane looks and do their job still when its needed
Do mass produced gaming PC's actually have good power for dollar? Like the prebuild desktops?
Or are we just talking the shitty laptops that shove high tier CPU & GPU in a bad thermal environment and have bad display and keyboard to make up for cost
