2019-06-29 12:21:46 UTC

>being this much of a wageslave

2019-06-29 12:23:54 UTC

freelancing isnt wage

2019-06-29 12:24:55 UTC

Its basically being a prossy

2019-06-29 13:44:56 UTC

@spaqin
>Ukrainian programmers

2019-06-29 13:45:20 UTC

implying that indians are better

2019-06-29 13:45:57 UTC

I'd say so honestly
Ukrainians barely have computers lul

2019-06-29 13:46:15 UTC

4.77% produced compilable code

2019-06-29 20:21:48 UTC

there's a reason why indians do development dirt cheap

2019-06-29 20:21:55 UTC

I hate indians so much

2019-06-30 05:10:49 UTC

i mean fizzbuzz is still a very relevant filter in america at least

2019-06-30 05:39:08 UTC

I applied to a remote job for the muricans

2019-06-30 05:39:38 UTC

They claim only 3% make it through the process

2019-06-30 05:40:05 UTC

On technical interview I was given such simple tasks that I can't believe how could anyone fail that

2019-06-30 05:40:30 UTC

Not fizzbuzz, but incredibly simple algorithmic exercises

2019-06-30 14:37:50 UTC

Is there a list of all smartwatches with wear os and sim card slot?

2019-06-30 14:37:58 UTC

How can this be so hard to find

2019-06-30 14:53:15 UTC

2019-06-30 15:01:41 UTC

Orange man is ruining huawei

2019-06-30 15:53:23 UTC

\

2019-07-01 17:15:49 UTC

amd cherrypicking silicon lottery cpus for benchmarking? :(

2019-07-01 17:17:07 UTC

or just pretesting to check if everything works fine 🤔

2019-07-01 17:19:18 UTC

For pretesting, I would think they'd use reusable thermal pads, not paste that leaves a residue

2019-07-01 17:19:26 UTC

Definitely cherrypicking imo

2019-07-01 17:29:25 UTC

i mean sending reviewers dead cpu or not QC one is quite bit worse than cherrypicking

2019-07-01 17:30:00 UTC

so OFC the fucking reviewer chips go tru extra Quality Control ?

2019-07-01 17:37:51 UTC

Yeah. Like with restaurants, the chefs KNOW when a food critic is there, or if the health inspector is doing a walk through. They have to know they're getting the best possible experience

2019-07-01 18:32:24 UTC

Anyone here a Linux wizard?

I have to reconstruct a raid array from a system with a broken install ssd. I use a live distro to inspect the server.

Is it possible that a software raid exists on a set of hard drives if mdadm cannot detect Superblocks? Could that also be a permissions issue?

2019-07-02 14:08:31 UTC

cloudflare down again, along with every website behind it

2019-07-02 14:16:42 UTC
2019-07-02 14:16:55 UTC

china gone full damage control ?

2019-07-02 14:19:42 UTC

2019-07-02 14:20:54 UTC

2019-07-02 14:20:59 UTC

Hoes mad

2019-07-02 14:21:27 UTC

2019-07-02 14:23:23 UTC
