so all the millions of cable-charger-whatever schemes can die
the protocol being mess and the standard even more so
it most likely the connector beign reversible what costs extra on power options, work hours to plan the +2x more wires to pcb etc
if you don't want to do usb c features that doesn't matter
just tie them together
but does it still require its own chip for power etc negotiation ?
i admit i should make deeper dive to requirements of C-types
but so far i havent been arsed
specialy how the USB-4 will mix the bag even more
no, if you treat it as a dumb usb 2 connection it doesn't need any
i need to order few of those teensys tho
I'll probably end up getting one too, even though I already have a million microcontroller
and i need to print screw terminal case for it again
ffff
oh well better that than forever soldering
meanwhile in other news: Red Hat joined RISC-V Foundation (by extension IBM joined RISC-V foundation)
does it mean reddit won't do that anymore
Reddit already stopped handing out new shadowbans a while ago I think
you know we won't
>body pillow

>charging the battery at 14.5V

i hope my charger does not shit itself anytime soon
i dont have extra to replace that one
>tfw I live on the edge, and use $3 chargers off aliexpress that somehow support QC 3.0
