I'm looking for something that might or might not be chi-fi related... does anyone has a good recommendation for some earphone (if possible with mics) like those used by security personnel? I'm looking for something kinda discreet (the intent is not to hide it but just not have a bigass thing sticking out of my ear) and that'll enable me to clearly hear voices over it even in a kinda loud environnment (not a heavy metal concert, but something more like a noisy crowd)

Of course the sound quality itself can be poor as long as I can hear voices clearly (it's not to listen to music after all)
