i really don't like posting png's ..since they can contain extra data
png's are used in some 3d programs with core pic of the image on the external view like a normal pic, but they contain the 3d modeling code within them to make 3d models in the 3d applications
but when u convert them to jpg, the code vanishes ...and when u convert back to png, the code can't be recovered by the 3d app
it's also a good way to hide meta or other secret codes within the image format of png
actually i was referring to some 3d simulator games such as 'honey select' that uses png to bring 3d modeling coding into the game while presenting a thumb image style pic as its face for easy sorting thru normal browsing
because if u'd notice alot of the pics u dl from fb have .png
and fb has been proven to hide extra codes and meta into the pic files of users acc's
I don't use Facebook specifically because I don't trust Noseberg, so I wouldn't know lol
