he still can roam the heavens
Who God was in the midst of. Hebrew word.
I like how so weirdly its written. They could just get straight to the point but they writw out longly and with so much room for interpretation instead
Exodus 7:1
**Exodus 7:1 - King James Version (KJV)**
```Dust
<1> And the Lord said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet. ```
the word god sometimes is a title.
John 10:35
**John 10:35 - King James Version (KJV)**
```Dust
<35> If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; ```

אֱלֹהִים
’ĕlôhı̂ym
BDB Definition:
1) (plural)
1a) rulers, judges
1b) divine ones
1c) angels
1d) gods
2) (plural intensive — singular meaning)
2a) god, goddess
2b) godlike one
2c) works or special possessions of God
2d) the (true) God
2e) God
so don't get all gnostic and start saying that humans are literal gods
What Moses was. God like?
this is biblical language.
Hey god is a title
it's very important to learn these things to not be deceived
Or was Moses a judge or a ruler.
I’ve found most sincere believers aren’t comfortable with thinking of themself as a god. Me either for that matter.
Yeah doesnt seem right
I do not think that is what God meant.
Moses was without doubt, if you believe in the Old Testament, a spokesman of God.
another thing, if one truly represents God and sits of the throne appointed by God, as the king of Israel, then they may receive a form of respectful worship, NOT religious worship.
1 Chronicles 29:20
**1 Chronicles 29:20 - King James Version (KJV)**
```Dust
<20> And David said to all the congregation, Now bless the Lord your God. And all the congregation blessed the Lord God of their fathers, and bowed down their heads, and worshipped the Lord, and the king. ```
the word worship is taken out of context in these days.
David was worshipped 🤔
not as God, but as a form of respect, NOT religously worshipped
So do you remember all the verses(by number) or do you look through a bible to find the right verse when in need
Did it mean worship or just bow down?
1c1a) before superior in homage
1c1b) before God in worship
1c1c) before false gods
1c1d) before angel
biblical language is very advanced and can be mis interpreted if you do not know the Bible
Yes. People can also assume because someone said something it is of God when it was just what someone said.
i reccoment reading the Old Testament first
i do NOt reccoment starting at the gospel of John.
John is ADVANCED
David and the others could get it wrong. We need to know many verses to understand truth to the best of our ability. Even then we should understand we could be off base and not understand it.
you need milk before meat.
the bible was written by the men inspired by the Spirit of God.
God spoke through his Prophets.
Oh i see. You seem to know thw verses very quickly so i was curious if you had put the work in to memorize them
Well said. I too agree one should study the Old Testament. I suggest what Moses wrote first. Isaiah and Jeremiah are harder to understand as they assume you know what Mosses said.
well, i did so some study here and there, there are people that know more than i do though.
i also use biblegateway sometimes when i can't remember the verse immediately
