But I think the most important thing to remember is that if you use scripture to hurt someone else, then it’s no longer scripture. The Bible is to save us. Not to harm each other like a weapon.
Scripture may prick someone's conscience but that does not mean because someone told you what the bible says on a topic that they are attacking or micro aggressing you.
True. But if someone uses the Bible to attack you with the intention of hurting you, then it’s no longer scripture. I’m not necessarily saying it happened, but I’m just pointing that out.
No real Christian would do that, their intention should be to see to it that you're saved.
