@the21cat see how he changed teh topic?

2019-05-29 04:05:28 UTC

it's b/c he knows he lost

2019-05-29 04:05:41 UTC

I’m not changing the topic.

2019-05-29 04:05:53 UTC

then you can answer the question : what is the gun pushing off of to recoil

2019-05-29 04:05:58 UTC

Yeah because hes being dumb for whatever reason. He was winning

2019-05-29 04:06:10 UTC

I’m sorry if you’re so desperate to try and provide a point you can’t even explain.

2019-05-29 04:06:22 UTC

why can't you answer an easy question

2019-05-29 04:06:34 UTC

You didn’t even establish the point.

2019-05-29 04:06:41 UTC

A bullet has air in the casing.

2019-05-29 04:06:53 UTC

Rendering your entire point, null.

2019-05-29 04:07:04 UTC

so woudl it still recoil in a vacuum?

2019-05-29 04:09:14 UTC

Not according to what we know. Cody’s science lab did an experiment where he tried to burn gun powder by itself in a vacuum, and it didn’t work. Later, he did an experiment where he supposedly made it work by using a casing. However, he didn’t prove if that casing was airtight, or not.

2019-05-29 04:09:55 UTC

yes, youtube is the entirety of human knowledge

2019-05-29 04:10:19 UTC

Well, if we make our own vacuum chamber, we could establish these kinds of things ourselves.

2019-05-29 04:10:41 UTC

And I for one, unfortunately, do not currently possess the means.

2019-05-29 04:11:01 UTC

lets do a simpler example

2019-05-29 04:11:10 UTC

Perhaps in a few years or so.

2019-05-29 04:11:12 UTC

imagine you're on an ice rink on a little sled, no friction

2019-05-29 04:11:13 UTC

For me.

2019-05-29 04:11:24 UTC

and you push off the wall of the rink, do you go backwards

2019-05-29 04:11:44 UTC

Yes.

2019-05-29 04:11:56 UTC

what if you push off the zamboni

2019-05-29 04:12:26 UTC

I don’t see a problem with that.

2019-05-29 04:12:43 UTC

what if you push off a refridgerator, that is also on a sled like you

2019-05-29 04:13:20 UTC

Sounds like you would knock the fridge over, or you wouldn’t go anywhere.

2019-05-29 04:13:35 UTC

how about a large rock then

2019-05-29 04:13:44 UTC

The latter.

2019-05-29 04:13:52 UTC

you wouldn't go anywhere?

2019-05-29 04:13:57 UTC

Right.

2019-05-29 04:14:08 UTC

ok we found the root cause of yoru flat earthism

2019-05-29 04:14:15 UTC

Push yourself off the sled, maybe.

2019-05-29 04:14:19 UTC

you don't understand basic physics of things aound you

2019-05-29 04:14:37 UTC

not evfen physics, just behavior of the world around you

2019-05-29 04:15:01 UTC

Dude, I play hockey. What you’re saying is ridiculous.

2019-05-29 04:15:06 UTC

LOL

2019-05-29 04:15:08 UTC

try it then

2019-05-29 04:15:11 UTC

Yes it would recoil assuming it had the air to start the combustion. But thats a chemisty matter there not physics

2019-05-29 04:15:14 UTC

push off your friend

2019-05-29 04:15:26 UTC

does one of you move and the other stay in place?

2019-05-29 04:15:35 UTC

Pushing off a boulder on the same sled as you, and not moving isn’t understanding basic physics?

2019-05-29 04:15:39 UTC

Wow.
