let me reword what i said i should of said, the us and the sun move through space and while we move through space we also revolve around the sun,

the sun appears to change size due to perspective and atmospheric lensing

smaller at sunrise then gets bigger because its getting clsoer and ur looking through a less dense layer of atmosphere

sometimes conditions are just right so that the shrinking due to perspective and the atmospheric lensing matches to appear to keep the object the same size

i know i have seen a big moon and a little moon in the sky

the moon does not always appear to be the same size from what i have observed myself
