That is an entirely flat table.

2019-05-22 04:10:05 UTC

if the table obscures the dominos, then no, it isn't

2019-05-22 04:10:21 UTC

or if it obscures the car wheels, the table isn't flat

2019-05-22 04:10:50 UTC

It’s a completely flat table. Just like any found in a household kitchen.

2019-05-22 04:11:01 UTC

i can conceive of a table not being flat

2019-05-22 04:11:06 UTC

You can do it yourself.

2019-05-22 04:11:20 UTC

yeah and when i use flat surfaces, i can't hide objects behind the flat surfaces

**Question Of The Day #86**

Is predictive programming being used to soften up the public for traumatic events?

2019-05-22 04:11:57 UTC

you and me on a perfectly flat gym floor @Derek Nelson . Stand somewhere where i can't see your shoes, and put my eyes anywhere above the floor you want

2019-05-22 04:12:14 UTC

it's a game you'll always frigging lose because i'll always have a straight line from my eye to your shoes

2019-05-22 04:12:38 UTC

and in fact i WILL always see your shoes

He simply moves the coin further away. And we lose sight of it.

2019-05-22 04:13:32 UTC

On a flat surface.

2019-05-22 04:13:33 UTC

so then the table isn't flat

2019-05-22 04:13:37 UTC

don't you get this?

2019-05-22 04:13:44 UTC

Obviously you don’t.

2019-05-22 04:14:06 UTC

there's half the CN tower disappearing.

2019-05-22 04:14:43 UTC

you go ahead and try and prove a surface is flat without optics, then you demonstrate an object being obscured by that surface, then you have a point

2019-05-22 04:14:56 UTC

damn thats cool

2019-05-22 04:15:03 UTC

I already explained that with the perspective ramp.

2019-05-22 04:15:29 UTC

On a ball of 24,901 miles in circumference, we shouldn’t see the Sears tower, AT ALL.

2019-05-22 04:15:59 UTC

On a flat surface, we see objects disappearing bottom first.

2019-05-22 04:16:35 UTC

heres a close up of a basketball https://i.redd.it/znl7nrd8u8311.jpg

2019-05-22 04:16:51 UTC

i guess basketballs are flat now

2019-05-22 04:17:07 UTC

Uhhh what does the Sears tower have to do with this? Also I believe you mean the Willis tower.

2019-05-22 04:18:08 UTC

the roundness of a basketball must be some kind of illusion caused by perspective and mirages.

2019-05-22 04:18:15 UTC

The CN tower. My mistake.

2019-05-22 04:19:31 UTC

And for some reason you guys don’t realize that ball has a measurable curve?

2019-05-22 04:20:05 UTC

im applying flat earth logic to a basketball if that makes sense

2019-05-22 04:20:27 UTC

We could in fact, measure it, and observe it once we elevate the camera. The earth is said to have curvature. But we never see it upon elevation. And we should, given it’s size.

2019-05-22 04:21:30 UTC

i mean we do see it upon elevation but you guys just refuse it

2019-05-22 04:22:06 UTC

I didn’t refuse it for 30 years. I do now, because I know it’s bullshit. Not merely believe, or theorize. It’s a knowing.

2019-05-22 04:23:41 UTC
2019-05-22 04:23:54 UTC

Since many of us know it’s bullshit. We simply make fun of it now. Knowing mainstream pseudoscience can’t prove their outlandish claims. And they don’t.
