A way to test it would be to...
Have several cameras fixed at the moon at the same time when this occurs
If all cameras pick. It up, it's probably not the cameras fault
But have cameras seperated incase of interferance
From something else by it or whatever
If only one sees it, then it's camera

@Unwound half way through... Few thoughts.. If one person catches this, then there should be other people who catch it at the same time if it's actually the moon and not a regional atmospheric distortion, also I would like to know what cameras theese 10 people were using, was they all the same,.. A good test is to do what I said earlier, have several record it as it happens at dame time to see if it's issues with insividual camera or telescope or even if it's caused by regional atmospheric distortion, but its hard to believe only one person was recording the moon at that time or them 10 times it happened, why aren't there numerous videos of it happening at the same time? Just a few thoughts, BRB, watching the rest
i agree. they try to do exactly that, and IIRC they have actually captured the same wave from two different cameras at some point (memory is fuzzy). could this all be elaborate and coordinated disinfo? maybe,. but with the moon it never makes sense, nothing about it does.
