It appears to be leveled on a short observable scale

ur saying water doesnt find its own level

But on the global scale like with oceans it "forms" a curve because water is not always leveled it always follows gravitation

It follows gravitational pull

And because of the big radius ot the earth it appears to find level on a short scale

if the earth was flat how come its round on google maps
