I floss, use mouthwash etc

but its not helping the pain

binaural beats is helping a bit with the tooth pain oddly enough

toothpaste is the evil doer

i eat sugar and soda 24/7

for about 8 years now

and i dont use toothpaste

no decay

just mouth wash

and floss

I brush my teeth with frosting and I turned out fine

A little more expensive but so worth it

I’ve tried baking soda before. It worked just fine. I wouldn’t recommend doing it often though, since the substance of the baking soda can be abrasive.
