@Derek Nelson same here, my brother is very intelligent in certain ways, just doesn’t speak at a normal level. his writing, reading, and memorization skills have always been many grades higher than normal. he knows how to draw the entire world map from memory with every single country, he can link the flags with the nations, etc. autistic children often have poor social skills but genius-level skills in whatever they choose to focus on. he’s obsessed with geography so hes very good at it.
