@RidleyChozo rockets carry oxygen on board in space

2019-07-02 20:38:03 UTC

every action has an equal and opposite reaction, if you are shooting particles one way, you will gain equal momentum the other

2019-07-02 20:38:06 UTC

and?

Oxygen carried on board

2019-07-02 20:39:11 UTC

🤦

2019-07-02 20:39:19 UTC

Which allows their fuel to burn

2019-07-02 20:39:22 UTC

Which allows the rockets

2019-07-02 20:39:45 UTC

Imagine if oxygen was carried on board ships

2019-07-02 20:39:48 UTC

I mean

2019-07-02 20:39:50 UTC

rockets

2019-07-02 20:39:59 UTC

Crazy, right?

2019-07-02 20:40:00 UTC

your still propelling fuel outwards

2019-07-02 20:40:06 UTC

if u shoot a gun, you feel recoil

2019-07-02 20:40:14 UTC

what is conservation of momentum

2019-07-02 20:40:22 UTC

man dropped i sexually trolled

2019-07-02 20:40:29 UTC

momentum can't be lost or gained

2019-07-02 20:40:33 UTC

it remains a constant value

2019-07-02 20:40:34 UTC

i think

2019-07-02 20:40:40 UTC

I know I'm joking

2019-07-02 20:40:44 UTC

That's how rockets work

2019-07-02 20:41:00 UTC

oh lol

2019-07-02 20:41:06 UTC

if you believe in Newton's laws, conservation of momentum follows DIRECTLY.

2019-07-02 20:46:37 UTC

Can you explain what you're trying to say here?

2019-07-02 20:46:57 UTC

SpaceX is fake and gay

2019-07-02 20:47:27 UTC

they did not launch a car into 'outer space'

2019-07-02 20:48:14 UTC

With tires that magically **didn't** burst.

2019-07-02 20:49:04 UTC

Why would the tires burst?

2019-07-02 20:49:38 UTC

pressurized air enters a no-pressure vacuum

2019-07-02 20:49:51 UTC

2nd law of thermodynamics

2019-07-02 20:49:53 UTC

Are you daft?

2019-07-02 20:50:00 UTC

"Why would they burst?"

2019-07-02 20:50:46 UTC

are the tires full?

2019-07-02 20:50:54 UTC

^

2019-07-02 20:51:06 UTC

There's no reason for the tires to burst

2019-07-02 20:51:34 UTC

usually you can only tell when a tire is flat because the weight of the car makes it squish out at the bottom
suspended in air it would probably be harder to tell if it's flat unless you could poke it
