nice cat

2019-07-03 03:31:59 UTC

what a programmed response. i wonder, can a mainstreamer say literally anything without a mocking tone? its like its built into your cognitive function

2019-07-03 03:32:01 UTC

thx 😃

I'm pointing out how it is ironic that Nikola Tesla would say something so disparaging towards abstraction, when Maxwell's laws are probably the first time in physics where you can point to something very very abstract that explains all phenomena relating to it.

2019-07-03 03:33:06 UTC

if I find where I get banned to I get an appeal

2019-07-03 03:33:10 UTC

At least since Newton's laws

2019-07-03 03:33:24 UTC

when you get banned does it delete your prior messages

2019-07-03 03:33:37 UTC

he’s pointing out how you believe a bunch of lies because someone figured out a math equation that justifies them

2019-07-03 03:34:16 UTC

like, for example “standard refraction” being applied to discount visible distances when light literally refracts in the opposite direction that your formulas imply

2019-07-03 03:34:43 UTC

I don't think any layperson can name one such equation which is so abstracted it has no bearing on reality

2019-07-03 03:35:25 UTC

standard refraction, a variable that implies the opposite of what light refraction actually is. how about that?

2019-07-03 03:35:33 UTC

Which equation is that?

2019-07-03 03:35:40 UTC

Snell's law you mean?

2019-07-03 03:36:02 UTC

that little fluff cat looks like mine

2019-07-03 03:36:02 UTC

that's hardly abstracted.... You seem to have issue with the equation itself. I think it's pretty fundamentally derived

2019-07-03 03:36:16 UTC

I don't think Nikola Tesla had Snell's law in mind when saying that quote lol

2019-07-03 03:36:20 UTC

7/6*R

2019-07-03 03:36:25 UTC

its just wrong

2019-07-03 03:36:32 UTC

perfect example right there

2019-07-03 03:36:47 UTC

do you have any issues with it's derivation?

2019-07-03 03:36:58 UTC

I don't understand how Tesla's point ties into this

2019-07-03 03:37:02 UTC

it implies a downward refraction. light refracts upward

2019-07-03 03:37:15 UTC

you literally use a formula that implies the opposite of reality

2019-07-03 03:37:20 UTC

it applies perfectly.

2019-07-03 03:37:45 UTC

that is Rocky Balboa

2019-07-03 03:38:18 UTC

Light will tend to bends towards the material with the higher index of refraction... Is this the statement you take issue with?

2019-07-03 03:38:34 UTC

for what it's worth I would really appreciate it if i got unbanned from the hub

2019-07-03 03:38:40 UTC

I can not be cog diss here sometimes

2019-07-03 03:39:08 UTC

light bends the opposite direction of the “material with a higher index of refraction” which is the earth. move on so i can confirm or dismiss my suspicions about you: what do you think about the moon landing?

2019-07-03 03:39:31 UTC

wait what two materials are you comparing here?

2019-07-03 03:39:40 UTC

what two separate media is light traveling through

2019-07-03 03:39:48 UTC

what do you think about the moon landing?

2019-07-03 03:39:58 UTC

I don't know

2019-07-03 03:40:04 UTC

pfff

2019-07-03 03:40:08 UTC

confirmed

2019-07-03 03:40:41 UTC

this makes sense to you?

I mean we also had people it Vietnamese jungles calling bombing strikes to a base hundreds of miles Away, I don't think the question is one of where your cell phone gets service

2019-07-03 03:42:36 UTC

yeah ok, this conversation is over. just confirming what my gut already told me about you.

2019-07-03 03:42:42 UTC

ok buddy
