So a while ago there was a real legal case where two children were being abused by a husband and wife

You free to ask almost anything

Gay people end up very vulnerable late in their lives. If they make it to old age, they have nobody to take care of them and have a statistically higher likelihood of catching a serious illness. it is no walk in the park

Living in horrible conditions and being starved, and physically beaten

So child protection agencies took them in, and they were to be adopted by two lesbian women

And these women were screened! They genuinely loved the two kids and were clearly legally fit to take care of them

There’s a clause to the lore

That if it’s due to religious reasons, the parents may prevent the children from being adopted

And that’s what the abusive parents did.

They claimed it was against their Christian beliefs

And took it to court
