a natural human trait that psychology explains away as a “mistake” or “coincidence.” don’t believe those excuses for a second, we see patterns because we were made in the image of a creator who designs via patterns and motifs and themes, like a song or a story
Oh okay
I get you now
Not really focusing that much as I am doing multiple things at once XD
And I am going shopping for plants with my sister now as well
As I need more plants lol
sometimes its good to slow down and let the world dance for you, instead of dancing for the world. i believe people in our society are so disconnected with nature and unable to see the design of it all because they’re too busy focusing on the future instead of living for every breath and waiting for the world to do something for them. spend some time in nature, relaxing your mind, focusing on your breath, and really looking and seeing patterns. nature will look back at you, and test you, and see if you can keep up. i think anyone can get a lot out of that.
i often just sit in a park and look at the trees, watch the leaves move and fall, watch the birds fly, etc. so much beauty and such an inexplicable connection you’ll start to feel, like everything you see is done for you to see. its free, its relaxing, its calming and reassuring.
I like you @Morning Dew
Question[s] of the Day #146 <#547645432604393482>
the end of the world (as you know it..)
each moment some one dies or some one gets born, this has changed your world although you are not aware of it, but it might have been a dictator or the next one in the future
it is a selfish concept "the end of the world", take a simple example
911, was the end of the world to NYC with the towers crashing down, the world would never be the same again
in reaction to that, those who felt sympathy for such horror, decided to place that horror of "the end of the world" upon millions of people who had nothing to do with it
by invading afghanistan anda little later irak, later even more countries
the religious idea of "the end of the world" "armageddon" is shown in various bs movies
all pointing to some idiotic personal loss, which in many cases turns to "lets destroy something"
the other "the end of the world" would be a fun one,
the end of the globe earth due to flat earth measurements
as flat earther we know the impact of such change, but was it the end of the world ? no it only gave us a different view
yet for globers who are still fixed on the globe just imagining the flat earth would mean the end of space and globe ideas
but to twist it, for flat earthers the end of the world would actually be the UN admitting flat earth
this would change the political and social paragdime we all live in, without knowing what would be next
and that is kinda what "the end of the world" is
a shocking change in a familiar situation, where you have no clue of what is to come and how to survive it
lol
so all the pictures hav taken the reasearch all fake?
@ivo I always thought that the more definitive armegeddon or end of the world, would be the collapse of society to the point of irrepairability resulting in anarchy and possible tribalism until humanity ceases to exist, flat earth being accepted by the United Nations would not cause an armegeddon style scenario, simply a change in most of the more physics based schooling and employment, I get what your saying that with a drastic change the world as we know it would stop existing but I would argue against that it's "the end of the world" as quite a bit of everyday life will not change at all
*accepting flat earth will never happen* cough
@ivo oh lord, what kinda thesis you writing my guy?
@brother mutton the flat earth has a bit of a rebel mentality, if the flat earth is adopted by the UN , the flat earth becomes mainstream, social dynamics within the flat earth community now stop, the function of the community now has been lost.
i'll put it simple,
once you adapt to a new norm, your old norm was lost, thus the end of "that world" while people want to see zombie rise and alien invasion and the return of the killer sheep, the small changes often destroy the old world with more ease.
hence i say it is selfish in its concept, one must have a victim and a cause, easily identifiable and able to point a vinger at
but simplisticly, the farmer in afghanistan who had a rifle left over from the 80's conflict suddenly became a target of smart bombs in the 2000's
and he could be unaware of the bomb being dropped, unaware he was the target, boom bomb hits, end of the world right there
that has been happening for years
using ur logic
hi
@Alexandre as i already state first line in the original post
i dont care
The earth is a cube
its so obvious
No, it's a triangle.
no
its me
steve
on second thought a triangle sounds more reasonable
Yeah
no flat
the biblical four corners of the world would suggest a cube of some sorts 😛
Just converted someone
Check mate aethiests
bru
i could not care for shape, all i care for is surface
that is where i live
then why u think its flat
i live below sea level
damn
The earth is a pyramid
Yes
i got some real interest in the fact gravity is just a story and not real, cause if it was real hydrodynamics would be fake
