I was told forcing fat down actually helps the gallbladder, so here's to.
@Bird-Finchine (UK, Wales) I was reading that a *low fat* diet is recommended to help with gallbladder disease. Because your gallbladder releases bile to aid in digestion of fat, eating less of it gives an inflamed gallbladder a chance to rest.
Just don't eat raw meat

@Drewski4343 The less fat you eat, the more the gallbladder continues to stay sluggish because its role is to digest fat, afterall. Low fat doesn't stimulate it.
