so, if there is no proof that God exist, this proves that his existance is unlikely?
we are unable to disprove or prove a deity it's sortve like schrödingers cat
there is no proof of either one, we cant deny it but also cant say he real
God likes to be invisible most of the time
God is something in your head
@CTRLRetro awnsering +- your question after some thinking, I don't know 100% but I think we all should search for the true meaning of what is written
And were the ones being manipulated while you all believe in some invisible dude
the flat earthers could be right
No
as the same way God might exists Gravity may not exists
if you get my logic
But there is no point in discussing because both sides will never give in, theres no point in discussing this stuff actually
We still don't know a whole lot about gravity
we don't really know a lot about a lot
and we may never know a lot about a lot of things
We give our proof, you deny you give *your proof* we deny this has no use
being contrarian is pointless @Ronin I agree
I don't think so, at least we can get to know more people and learn new things in a debate
we may never get in a consensus because we see this like a competitive game
Meh imma go i think, you can believe whatever the heck you want i dont really care anyways
entertaining an idea is the only way you'll ever know for sure imo
there was an idea going around about 'Giant Trees'
hey Logos
like this
what do you think about that logic of mine?
DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS, THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE OF HOW TO INVESTIGATE A CLAIM

so someone said there were 'giant trees'
back in the day
hang on @Vitmar i gotta go back and read
anyway, what I did was say 'hey that's interesting' and let my mind go with it
Okay i gtg , see you guys have a nice day / night or whatever it is
great for my imagination thinking about these giant trees. they had rings and everything a tree has.
but then i looked into it. there were no root systems. the rest of the tree was never found. then i found how the fibers were made w/ volcanic activity underwater
and had to throw out the claim
so basically try to see how it could be true instead of just rejecting the idea constantly because it's unpopular
your logical analisis is interesting btw
I guess I need to study you more
Vitmar you are right about people seeing this as a competetive game. I think that just gets in the way. what do you win if you're right anyway? pride? who cares about that. truth is more useful
well, my objective here is not to win
