So why was the moons shadow during the last eclipse was approximately 70 miles wide
Well, there may be other worlds, but the earth is home.
Not sure, perhaps its because the moon is closer than we think?
so in that case would you agree the other worlds are the same shape as us?
No
circular?
I wouldn't agree there's other worlds
You bring up an interesting point with the colonization, no doubt.
You cannot colonize a place that does not exist
But I feel like we aren't quite as far to that point as they lead on.
Rockets just go out of sight
Then who knows what they do
i still feel like even if we were on a globe it wouldnt make much difference
you speak of insignificance but the matter of fact is that we may be the only intelligent species within a hundred solar systems
that to me is quite significant
honestly im not sure
Space is fake. It violates the laws of thermodynamics. You cannot have gas pressure without a container. You cannot have gas pressure next to a vacuum without a barrier. Space is fake
Yeah, but why are we on a basic globe then?
Not a flat, divine earth.
And hollow.
They orbit around the earth
From an empirical stance anyhow
Just look up
in the sky
All I see is lights. Are you telling me you see solar systems?
but then we have the theoretical force that is gravity, a tendency for an object to be attracted to another based on mass
and if you deny that then whos to say thermodynamics isnt wrong
Gravity is not a force.
whatever you want to call it
The god(s) hung the stars in the sky and gifted us a world. Unfortunate that it's being abused and burned.
The laws of thermodynamics are just that laws of nature. If you find one exception then it is no longer a law
Gravity doesn't even make sense the way modern scientists say it does.
😂
When you throw a wet tennis ball, water flies off of it.
There is not one scientific evidence of gravity
So why the hell, if the earth is spinning hundreds of MPH, is the water not flying off.
Wouldn't the oceans have flown off into space?
Because it's not spinning
if you threw that same tennis ball in a vacuum it would likely stick to the ball
