Not necessarily. It's not a natural phenomena as far as I'm concerned, and I am aware that some would treat it as a mental disorder, but it is not to me.

Mental. The suicide rates are so incredibly high, they want to make changes to their bodies that are so drastic, (binders, pills, surgery) It was already considered a mental disorder by the WHO until 2019, and if you actually get to talk to some trans people, they usually don't seem very mentally stable. (at least from what i've expirienced)
