yes one of the tactics they use is they get people to try and fight among themselves / kill each other

I'm just thinking in the end it's going to untie the people against the government. Which still dose not make sense. I mean I guess if the government wants an excuse to use Military force tobgain more control. But it just seems like a long drawn out way of doing things
