https://www.academia.edu/37289487/Bulletproof_-_Glyphosate_Peer_Review take a look at this if you want proof that the bt-toxin in gmo corn causes leaky gut

2019-08-09 14:27:29 UTC

2019-08-09 14:27:44 UTC

2019-08-09 14:28:43 UTC

2019-08-09 14:29:03 UTC

2019-08-09 14:29:08 UTC

2019-08-09 14:29:16 UTC

what did you say?

2019-08-09 14:29:17 UTC

nothing beats raw milk, raw cream, raw honey and raw butter though

2019-08-09 14:30:00 UTC

i miss olive oil

2019-08-09 14:30:11 UTC

I dont butter anymore.

2019-08-09 14:30:16 UTC

havnt for years.

2019-08-09 14:30:40 UTC

when I was kid, we used to get the raw milk from the farmer - was amazing.

2019-08-09 14:32:04 UTC

there's a dairy closeby here,, i mustve drank 1000's of liters of raw milk,, yet people still think it's dangerous and they only drink homogenized pasteurised milk, which of course, is just mostly crap

2019-08-09 14:32:46 UTC

Raw milk is fine, I have a few apple and pear trees, I make my own dried fruits too.

2019-08-09 14:32:51 UTC

society has lost all conception of what 'real food' is

2019-08-09 14:35:24 UTC

to a degree, comes down to the individual i think.

2019-08-09 14:35:47 UTC

walk into any supermarket,, 97% of everything is either processed or GMO

2019-08-09 14:36:18 UTC

individuals don't get to choose what's inside the shelves, or in the fridges

2019-08-09 14:36:32 UTC

they get presented with 30 different kinds of 'margerine'

2019-08-09 14:36:40 UTC

I disagree with that. You can be smart with what you buy.

2019-08-09 14:36:56 UTC

i go to a local grocery store, alot of the stuff there is raw/organic, and not more expensive either really. and they only sell actual food, the only non food stuff they really sell is pasta

2019-08-09 14:37:16 UTC

well, you're lucky i guess

2019-08-09 14:37:24 UTC

or maybe it's just how it is where im from

2019-08-09 14:38:05 UTC

no you are right, im lucky here, we still have the 2 big supermarket chains here, but that local store is always packed with people

2019-08-09 14:38:12 UTC

I see what people are buying, Pre Cooked Rice lol eveything in a box etc - its not all bad though, some of it is terrible!

2019-08-09 14:38:51 UTC

I worked in kitchens for 18 years as a cook, so I still cook everything myself, I rarely buy anything "pre made/pre packed"

2019-08-09 14:39:07 UTC

well, im lucky also to a degree, with a raw dairy farm closeby, guess it's all relative

2019-08-09 14:39:41 UTC

the whole dehyfrated pre cooked rice thing i dont understand... the things where its like "microwave this plastic bag for 2 minutes and you have brown rice"

2019-08-09 14:39:43 UTC

it's also about preparing the food, that makes a difference too

2019-08-09 14:39:55 UTC

I dont own a microwave.

2019-08-09 14:39:57 UTC

zero love goes into preparing fast food

2019-08-09 14:40:26 UTC

they do that to steer people away from cooking ^^

2019-08-09 14:40:33 UTC

when I make chicken soup - it takes 2 days - cos I make it real.

2019-08-09 14:40:57 UTC

well, when im only cooking for myself i dont like cooking every night, so i make big bathces of stuff i can freeze in glass containers, so i microwave things, i just dont store it in plastic

2019-08-09 14:41:09 UTC

well, they've got them so wrapped up and so busy always, that there's little time for cooking , coincidence? i doubt

2019-08-09 14:42:17 UTC

Yeah you don't want that nasty plastic particles in it
