https://www.academia.edu/37289487/Bulletproof_-_Glyphosate_Peer_Review take a look at this if you want proof that the bt-toxin in gmo corn causes leaky gut

I,Cleon IV#3738 LANGUAGE!!!
is Monsanto a a bad word here or something?
tomatoes dehydrated is another good idea
can make tomato powder
Yeah I have done with my tomatos - I then put them in jars with olive oil
monsanto
what did you say?
nothing beats raw milk, raw cream, raw honey and raw butter though
i miss olive oil
havnt for years.
when I was kid, we used to get the raw milk from the farmer - was amazing.
there's a dairy closeby here,, i mustve drank 1000's of liters of raw milk,, yet people still think it's dangerous and they only drink homogenized pasteurised milk, which of course, is just mostly crap
Raw milk is fine, I have a few apple and pear trees, I make my own dried fruits too.
society has lost all conception of what 'real food' is
to a degree, comes down to the individual i think.
walk into any supermarket,, 97% of everything is either processed or GMO
individuals don't get to choose what's inside the shelves, or in the fridges
they get presented with 30 different kinds of 'margerine'
I disagree with that. You can be smart with what you buy.
i go to a local grocery store, alot of the stuff there is raw/organic, and not more expensive either really. and they only sell actual food, the only non food stuff they really sell is pasta
well, you're lucky i guess
or maybe it's just how it is where im from
no you are right, im lucky here, we still have the 2 big supermarket chains here, but that local store is always packed with people
I see what people are buying, Pre Cooked Rice lol eveything in a box etc - its not all bad though, some of it is terrible!
I worked in kitchens for 18 years as a cook, so I still cook everything myself, I rarely buy anything "pre made/pre packed"
well, im lucky also to a degree, with a raw dairy farm closeby, guess it's all relative
the whole dehyfrated pre cooked rice thing i dont understand... the things where its like "microwave this plastic bag for 2 minutes and you have brown rice"
it's also about preparing the food, that makes a difference too
I dont own a microwave.
