the reason i dont agree with full blown gun control is the bad guys. think about them. they are bad guys. which means they will take higher procautions to get around gun control. then once they come to a church or store to let loose, nobody will have a gun to try ad stop him BECAUSE of gun control

Rocket engines on earth work the same way they do in space

If you know how they work on earth, you would know they work in a vacuum
