@Bibleman but we need centralised education, if parents taught their children with no other regulations then companies and businesses would have to take massive gambles in hiring people, since there's no way of telling if someone is qualified for a position it could mean that workplaces become extremely dangerous environments a generalised schooling system is needed otherwise there's no way of knowing if people possess the fundamental skills to do a job
