We don't have a theory because right now, we can't.
@Drewski4343 How can we know it's a singularity if we don't know anything before? 🤔
Because we know what came after.
We don't even know for sure, but if everything came from a single point, it would surely be a singularity.
Basically:
**A** caused `B` but no one knows what **A** is only that it caused `B` and it made everything else
Right
Well, we know what A is..
Just not where it came from.
@Soldz (CF) told you education is against religon
You may offend someone
I mean
haha yeah, it's mostly speculation, but the CMB is excellent evidence that there WAS a big bang.
I guess?
I've grown up in a sorta Christian community type
It's stuff on the edge of our understanding, it's okay to be skeptical.
The big bang for me doesn't make enough sense for me to believe the whole thing
That's fair, it's not really necessary to believe it, like most science it won't affect your life or mine.
Inb4 people who believe mainstream science to the T
Scientists today create mini big bangs of sorts by smashing particles together.
O
very!
Yo guys of was think of roasting the earth because of karen
What ur thoughts
There was a craze that the LHC could create a mini black hole back then
I remember that
It was one theoretical possibility, thankfully it turned out to be untrue. :)
Alright then I'll go super nover and create a black hole see if you like me then
Super nover? :P
I think it's still possible, but a mini black hole can't sustain itself.
Stars that go supernova can't become black holes.
Give me a a million years
And the event horizon of a mini black hole is so small, it could pass right through your body unnoticed.
True
Isn't that what create black holes? Big massive stars exploding and creating this gravitational field that just suck everything in?
It's them becoming dense enough to create a singularity.
they implode
Exploding doesn't lead to that.
Yeah because of Hardin radiation
It leads to shooting off all of your material into the universe.
implode* my bad
