where are the stars and the satelites?
If you could see them, earth would be a white blur.
You have to adjust for the lighting of the object you're filming.
if they were there, theyd be light up like stars by the suns light
Not remotely, from that close their light would be dwarfed by that of earth.

Note how the balloon footage is at night, and isn't pointed at the earth.
Or, well parts are actually.
But it's still at night, so no reflected light from the earth.
...NASA didn't put the car into space... spacex did.

To photograph stars you need a long exposure camera right

ISO, shutter speed, and focal length all contribute to exposure iirc
